Want some new and original lunch and dinner ideas that are super easy and super healthy? We’ve got you covered.
Keeping healthy and eating well isn’t as easy as it sounds – especially when you’re out and about on jobs or on-site.
But it’s important for tradies and contractors to eat healthily – so we’ve teamed up with Sarah and Laura from Wandercooks to get five easy-to-prepare lunches, and five easy-to-prepare dinners to reinvent your weekly menu!
And Sarah and Laura know a thing or two about cooking for people who are out and about each day – Sarah’s brother is an electrician, and Laura’s brothers are both boilermakers.
“We know how hungry they can get, and what their favourite meals are to keep them fuelled,” they said.
“They want food fast, that has easy prep, and if there are leftovers, they’re taking it to work the next day. Whether it’s in the Engel in the back of the ute, or straight into the fridge on-site, these are their favourite dishes to take to work with them, and make for dinner!”
So, here are Sarah and Laura’s recommendations that will make you the food-envy of all of your mates!
