New launch: Electrical Gems – The Marketing & Reputation Issue

Here at Gemcell, we always like to celebrate a new issue of Electrical Gems hitting the shelves. Our bi-monthly magazine has been a familiar part of the electrical industry landscape for the best part of three decades, and has a big role to play in connecting our suppliers, our wholesaler members and our contractors. 

Over recent years, while maintaining our printed version of the magazine, we’ve shifted our presence towards digital: a combination of rising post costs and a desire from our audience to have the latest edition of Gems at their fingertips on their phones, tablets and computers. 

With that in mind, we’re super excited to launch our new-look Electrical Gems! It’s the first major makeover in almost 15 years, is designed for both print and digital, and has a whole host of new features, including: 

• New fonts for a more modern, appealing look 
• A new, vibrant colour palette to attract attention
• Greater line spacing for easier online reading 
• Integrated video content to bring articles to life 
• More opportunities to continue reading on our website 
• Plus loads more! 

We’ve also introduced some new features too.

• 60-second mentor – our expert gets you up to speed with an important topic within a minute 
• A more in-depth ute review so you can choose your next ride with confidence 

Of course, we’re not changing things for the sake of it – all of your old favourites are still there, so whether you’re looking for a joke to get your mates laughing or groaning, or the latest tool reviews, we’ve got you covered. 

So, what’s in this brand new issue of Electrical Gems? 

Our first new-look edition is – quite fittingly – all about marketing and reputation.
